CANCELLATION / REFUND POLICY

Southern Star Ranch K9 Training Center refund policy is as stated below.  No exceptions will be made.

 

 

• A registration fee of $100.00 is refundable only if cancellation is made no later than three days after received at Southern Star Ranch K9 Training Center.
• No monies paid towards fees will be refunded if cancellation is made less than 60 days prior to program starting date.
• Cancellation must be made in writing.
